After watching Angels play the Yankees tonight, I really wonder if they have what it takes to win the division let alone get past the first round. Their pitching is a mess. The starters has gotten hit hard. No one exemplifies the pitching problems than Bartolo Colon. Last week, Colon pitched like a stud. Tonight, he just got racked hard. That's been the problem of him in his career. He is either great or very bad. There is no consistency with this guy. Angels paid lot of dough for this guy to produce, but it hasn't happened.

Angels are going to have to get better work out of their starters if they want to win the division and beat the heavyweights aka NY and Boston in the playoffs.
