    Red Sox Aviles dealt to the Red Sox

    Royals get IF Yamaico Navarro and pitcher Kendal Volz.

    He's sucked this season, but in his two full seasons (2008, 2010), he hit over .300. He's a capable contact hitting utility guy. Red Sox have had a lot of injuries in the infield, so it doesn't hurt.
