Nice to see him hit the granny last night after announcing his retirement!!!
Great Guy, always likded him as a plyaer and person. loved his hustle!!!!
His GS was so amazing. Lucky for me, I caught on time for his game-winning Grand Slam on TV. Such a honor for him.
Only his 3rd career GS, imagine that?
One of them came aagainst the Brewers earlier this summer to beat us. love his scrappiness!!!
Bet that was emotional to see live!!!
I'm not an Astros fan but Biggio is a great player and now with 3,000 hits I believe a future Hall of Famer.
"For someone who was never meant for this world, I must confess I'm suddenly having a hard time leaving it. Of course, they say every atom in our bodies was once part of a star. Maybe I'm not leaving... maybe I'm going home."
What is there to say besides a class act and one of the all-time greats? Not a surprise, although it's too bad he never won a WS.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
Ah, give me something clever to say here.
He will be a first ballot hall-of-famer in opinion. They were giving some stats on ESPN Baseball Tonight, last night, and his numbers as just a secondbaseman, let alone CF and C, ranks among the tops 2baggers in history!!!!
Congrats again to the Biggio, had himself a stellar career.
It was Biggio's 3rd GS this season, not career. Great decision by Biggio to do it now rather than hang on to part time play. He's the kind of player you want your kids to be like.
you said it reefer!!
He is a lock to the HOF.
