    Luis Castillo to the Twins for two pitchers

    Marlins just traded Luis Castillo to the Twins for pitchers Travis Bowyer and Scott Tyler.

    So as it stands, the Marlins have gotten rid of Mike Lowell, Josh Beckett, Carlos Delgado, Luis Castillo, Guillermo Mota ... and Juan Pierre and A.J. Burnett will likely not return either. This is going to be some exciting team.

    the marlins haven't done bad in some of these trades, but the volume of them says one thing, we sure as bleep ain't playing for '06.

    Marlins are getting good young pitching to go along with Dontrelle. The last fire sale played out well and the Twins got a GG with speed. Now if the Twins could get Mueller.

    How can they expect a guy who ran the Expos into the ground, a team that didn't used to have problems drawing fans, take over another franchise, only to see the same results?

    Castillo is injury prone and getting old. He also made too much.
