    Trumbo to D-Backs

    Initial reaction: a steal for LAA. Trumbo's value is power and nothing else. .299 career OBP. Just not THAT good.

    My reaction is I wish the Reds had tried to make a deal for Trumbo. He's a power-hitting right-handed corner outfielder. He would have been a serious upgrade over Ludwick or anyone else the Reds run out there.

    right handed power doesn't exist anymore, let alone controllable Right handed power, think its a win for everyone other than chicago

    santiago walks a ton of guys. the home runs cant help but go down in arizona... but dont count out the white sox getting adam eaton in this deal, as being the eventual winners.

    and arizona loses as a result of being about to pay joba chamberlain 3 million dollars a year to pitch for them. they may not lose directly at this trade because of it, but they lose at life.
