    I guess Randy Wolf left their price range. $2 million for Hampton is not bad at all but don't expect much from this guy. The Astros need good backup plans for when Hampton goes down.

    When Mike Hampton gets to rip off another team for an additional $2 million on top of his $121 million, it gives Jason Schmidt hope that he doesn't have to settle for $47 million and retire.
