    its something you're gunna have to mess around with...i recomend though using XviD (google it) at 30 bitrate.

    Either way, I don't know how to convert from one file format to another file format unless it's image files (JPG to GIF to BMP to PNG, etc), or if it's WMV/ASF to AVI, or AVI to MPG. That's about it.
