When I got my new computer I had to buy a new one and contacted them about it, but instead of making me buy a new one they just gave me another for free, which was pretty awesome.
I'm not sure if it was a one time use or if it was like brand new, though.

And my first question, if I want to put OOTP 6.5 on two PCs, I thought it came with two licenses so I could do that for the $35?
OOTP 6 shows as $19.99 and OOTP 6.5 shows as $9.99 but each indicate thats for one license?
