So, do we wait for 32 nominations to begin free agency? (edit:nevermind, I just saw bidding begins 1:00 3/4) What about those GMs that are inactive? For example, Arizona GM hasn't been on this forum for well over a week, not sure he is still active, he is very active in the baseball sim. They are currently about $10M over the cap, I was under the impression, we needed to by under the cap by the time free agency started..

Just trying to get the lay of the land, as a newbie...

Arizona has a new GM. I'm trying to be patient with him getting stuff done. (The Fitzgerald restructure puts him under the cap, though.)

I see guys cutting players they signed as free agents. Does this not incur full contract value dead money penalties?
