So can (and when) we trade players assigned to the non exclusive right franchise tag? Do we wait until they are offered up as a nomination in free agency and no one bids on them (assuming no one wants to give up two first round draft picks)?

even with gaining 7.5 mil in cap space, i feel bad for tampa taking back antonio allen. if they cut him now, they win big though.
