10 guys start on offense? At least the defense doesn't have to run far after Schaub throws a pick 6.

it's package dependent, like I said
2072 MSL Gold Glove Winner
(look, my team sucks and the only award I might win is best draft, leave me alone)
2072 MSL Gold Glove Winner
I am still unsure about what we are voting on. It said in the rules that it is to keep things balanced, not sure what that really means
we'll be putting up a thread of the categories sooner than later.
2072 MSL Gold Glove Winner
And the only package for Mach, involves schisno.
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!

Offense Write-up
On the offense the primary goal was keep the playmakers in tact at Seattle but improve the offensive line. Russell Wilson returns after a Super Bowl winning season with Marshawn Lynch, Percy Harvin, Golden Tate, Doug Baldwin, and Zach Miller back at his disposal. The biggest issue in 2013 was the offensive line and that should improve tremendously with the addition of Anthony Collins manning the right side and Russell Okung returning to protect Wilson's blind side. Max Unger hopes to improve on his 2013 season and return to All-Pro form. JR Sweezy had a solid season in 2013 at right guard and will return to the starting line up. Seattle felt that Pete Carroll could handle the Richie Incognito situation and brought him on a minimum contract. Mike Pollak is a solid back-up option if need be pending the suspension of Incognito. The plan was have Brandon Thomas be Incognito's eventual replacement but an injury ended his 2014 season a little early.

Defense Write-up
I didn't feel like too many things needed to change with the Seattle defense, which was practically unstoppable at the end of the year. The challenge was bringing back some of the free agents that Seattle had on defense. The main players that were brought back would have been on the defensive line: Michael Bennett, Tony McDaniel, and Clinton McDonald. The defensive line, for the most part, did not change outside of the addition of Anthony Barr who will look to provide more pass rush at the Leo position. The easiest way to explain the different schemes was to separate them into a 4-3 over and 3-4 defense (while I know they have a variety of fronts, this seemed the simplest way to do it). The linebackers will all return in 2014 with a few new rookies added to the mix. The secondary had some slight changes with the loss of Brandon Browner and Walter Thurmond. Trumaine McBride and Cortland Finnegan were signed in the offseason to provide some depth to the cornerback position behind the starters Richard Sherman and Byron Maxwell. Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor return to the team to round out the roster.

Our offense starts and ends with Eli Manning. Obviously he had a poor year last year but we regrouped, added weapons and solidified the offensive line. Gone is Will Beatty, who after getting a huge pay day was unmotivated, and in his place is Bleacher Report's (B/R) 8th best LT in the NFL, Eugene Monroe. He'll protect Eli's blind side while 2nd year player Justin Pugh (B/R's 18th best RT) will lock down the right side. After having a baptism by fire early in the year, Pugh settled down and played really well, surrendering only 5 sacks in 1,000 total snaps. Replacing Kevin Boothe and Chris Snee is Willie Colon and Harvey Dahl. I don't think the difference between the pairs are that drastic other than that Dahl is less of an injury risk than Snee and should be solid at RG for all 16 games. Also, Colon is a former tackle who has a perchant for pass protection, exactly what we need. Replacing the oft-injured David Baas is Evan Dietrich-Smith, B/R's 5th best center, and another excellent pass protector. We think this offensive line is far superior to last years and Eli should be remaining upright, not getting hit so much, and thus throwing less interceptions. In terms of philosophy, our offense is going to be pass early and often and then when you're spread out, run you into the ground with our backs. Victor Cruz was our most consistent offensive weapon last year and should continue to be the top slot receiver in the league and a big play guy. Rueben Randle is solid as a receiver, with good quickness and hands. We expect him to make the leap into No. 2 WR. Acquired in the second round is Penn St. WR Allen Robinson, expected to push Randle for the No. 2 spot and play as the other outside receiver in 3-Wide sets. Jernigan and Harris fill out our receiving core with good depth and potential. Tight End, another hole at the beginning of the offseason, was improved with a stopgap in Owen Daniels. Arthur Lynch will be right behind him, blocking and being used in patterns close to the line of scrimmage as a security blanket for Eli. Ed Dickson was good depth but perhaps overpaid a bit. He drops balls at times, but has the ability to make good plays. Colt Lyerla, a big red flag, still can give us something with the raw ability and talent he has. If he stays out of trouble, he could leap frog a few players right away. Lastly we have a stable of RBs that can all produce. While David Wilson recuperates from a neck injury we will have a tandem of Rashad Jennings and Jonathon Stewart. Jennings will get the majority of the carriers but Stewart will be our change of pace player. Our goal is to keep Stewart and Wilson healthy until the end of the year. If we make a good playoff run late, we want all three of our backs there to contribute. We figured Pead is a good depth pickup, perhaps he can turn his act around with us. Overall I really like how much we changed this offense. It has a really good chance to be the high octane, high scoring force that it was in 2009-2011.

The first thing you may notice is that we will run a Nickel Safety base defense in 2014. With the evolving NFL offense, we figure our best option is to put a faster, longer Safety on the field instead of a linebacker. We believe that the added speed will give us a huge advantage in both chasing down the ball carrier and defending the run. At Defensive End, we dealt Jason Pierre-Paul and although George Selvie was a steal of a pickup, we still needed a starting caliber DE opposite Justin Tuck. After losing out on offensive weapons like Eric Ebron and Mike Evans, we decided that taking Kony Ealy was the best option, if a bit of a risk. In doing so, we had a definite starter for 2014 that can learn under the tutelage of a veteran leader like Tuck and use his speed to rush the passer. Our Defensive End rotation is also strong, with Selvie (who had 7 sacks last year) and Damontre Moore, a second year player who will get to display his ability that was on display in college. Despite few chances in his rookie year, we hope that Moore can make a leap and push Selvie for that third spot. English fills out the DEs with cheap depth and potential. Linval Joseph and Johnathon Hankins are a tag-team in the middle of the line, Joseph a pass-rushing space eater and Hankins a hulking run stuffer. Hankins showed a lot of promise as a rookie and we expect him to further showcase his ability as a starter this year. Joseph had a really great 2013, and should continue to be an underrated stud for our D-Line. At linebacker, we have one definite starter (Beason) and some role-players that still can prove themselves. Beason is a true leader and run stopper that had a great year after being traded to us in 2013. Jacquian Williams and Philip Wheeler will both battle to play opposite Beason. Williams shows promise as a coverage Backer but has been hampered by injuries. Wheeler is a strong player who has good speed and the ability to play the run and drop back in coverage and be solid. Behind them is depth with the speed Safety turned LB Ray-Ray Armstrong and rookie Kevin Pierre-Louis. The secondary is probably the strongest part of this defense, second is the D-Line, and it means you'll be successful when you can rush the passer and also shut down receivers. At corner, we have two physical, press CBs that will control the line of scrimmage and force receivers off their routes. Prince is turning into a rising star at Corner and should continue his upward trend. Browner has had detractors in terms of the suspensions, but when he is on the field he is physical and effective. Cary Williams is a solid nickelback and Purifoy should be able to see time at 4th CB. Hosley fills out the ranks and also has some potential, still being a young player. At safety we have our Strong Safety Will Hill, who has truly rare speed for a safety and bone-crushing hitting ability. He has a penchant for forcing turnovers, especially stripping the football, and still hasn't reached his peak yet. Stevie Brown is another young player who is a ball hawk, a Free Safety that grabbed 8 interceptions in his 2012 breakout before tearing his ACL during an interception return in preseason 2013. We expect him to make a full recovery and return to form, albeit perhaps a bit slower but we still think he can be our "Ed Reed" of sorts. Ryan Mundy is our S/LB hybrid. He'll play close to the line of scrimmage because he is a tackler and run stopper but is deficient in pass coverage. He gives us sideline to sideline speed and often times that is enough to offset the size loss by having a S rather than an LB. Our depth includes fellow S/LB hybrid and 2nd year player Cooper Taylor, Ray-Ray once again, and rookie Ed Reynolds.
Special Teams Depth Chart:
K: Josh Brown
P: Steve Weatherford
Brown is an accurate kicker who made 88% of his field goals last year. Weatherford is an excellent, booming punter with a fantastic ability to place his punts inside the 20 yard line.
