If you do not, your players will be released in reverse acquisition order until you reach the limit starting with any UDFA and draft picks, then FAs, then trades. Failure to adhere to the rules could result in potential barring of future participation in the league. And the FA forum is there, separated by positions, just double check the signings list to make sure nobody you would offer is signed.

(495K minimum, and I wouldn't go over that, at this point.)

Any of the players cut recently without an offer are available to, whether their on the positional lists or not.
