And what's up with the move limit in week? I would assume it would be to keep people from streaming, but with losses as a stat, you kinda of stream at your own risk.

There is a 10 start limit (2 per SP slot). Moves might be at 10 altogether. I have not made the decision to drop to 12 yet.
