Tough draw for me. Former no hitter throwing hurler...but I will respond to the challenge.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
Ah, give me something clever to say here.
I'll smoke some doobies and roid up in the bullpen.

Here in Chicago, on Opening Day, the new look Royals took out the White Sox in 16 innings, by a score of 3-1. The Royals, who had taken an early lead on a Kyle Bonn RBI single, relied heavily on the pitching of their 20 year old Ace, Kevin Brown. Brown, despite surrendering the lead in the 7th, on 3 consecutive hits, pitched 15 innings, giving up 13 hits, 1 run, 0 walks, and striking out 25. Brown kept the White Sox at bay from the 8th inning on, begging his teammates to bail him out and score. In the 11th, the Royals had a chance, set up by a Cory Shipplett single. Manager LJ Mills pinch ran for Shipplett with utility man Lee Porter, who advanced to third on a single by Curtis Carson. However, Porter was picked off of third for the second out, and the Royals went down quietly in that inning. Finally, in the 15th, Left Fielder Leo Palmer obliged, hitting an 0-1 fastball over the fence in Left Field. After the homerun, Matt Lee came in to record the first save of his young career.
This game was a wonderful glimpse of what's to come, and hopefully the Royals can keep it up...and score earlier next time.
Notes: Palmer also gunned down a runner at the plate to maintain the tie in the bottom of the 14th...Brown's 25 K's are a MLB record...Lee struck out 1 in his first career appearance...Palmer's HR was his first of his career

He only threw 151 pitches. And I'm not sure on Porter...I hadn't even hit the "take lead" button yet.
Yes, in about 20 minutes.
Haha, I'll test that out next time I get a shot.
For sure. I was getting tired of the stupid game.
