Not yet, but I've considered buying it. The last one I bought was OOTP 8. What do you think of OOTP 9?
ratings would take time getting used to but they're not bad and... it comes complete with real rosters... it's a nice nice plus

Early impressions:
-What a complex piece of gaming. Jesus.
-Rosters are pretty solid, as I said before, ratings take time getting used to (as in, great players won't be rated what you'd think they be rated if you are like me and used to 6/6.5)
-Scouting is intense but also gives you a major headache.

oh and, either markus heinsohn or whoever made the rosters, had a serious boner for the Cincinnati Reds players, cause they're very good

I would love to run a league with OOTP 9, but like 8, it probably isn't good for online leagues.
If anyone has it, how do you turn off the scouts? They're making my eyes bleed.
Also, OOTP 8 have a stat projector thing when you go to edit player ratings? I found that to be neat.

Yeah, 8.0 has that. I liked that too.
OOTP, Madden, MLB 2k, etc. are all too boring as long as success is all predicated on visible ratings. Somebody needs to create a human element that allows you to take 3 average players (the quantity) over the mega stud and still win.
You've never won with your average teams, so I guess that proves false.
