Okay, mute goes the TV and a switch to a draft tracker.

They've completely killed my interest in watching NFL Network until TNF starts.

Just an observation of the Jets draft process as a whole. I was not that impressed with Petty going forward, I think he'll be the latest in a long line of college studs who do nothing at the NFL level. You could use that to help get some more help elsewhere.

Since 2010, 7 first round picks defense. Taken OLB, DT/DE around a WR and another QB in a year that basically universally crapped on for not being that good.

who were we drafting there, that was gonna come right in a contribute, except maybe la'el collins who is evidently becoming more and more insane as the days go on. im not a fan of petty either, but its a 4th round developmental pick. this isnt a franchise crushing move. the other 3 picks were all perfectly fine, and should all... hopefully... contribute this year.

Cleveland attempted to acquire the No. 103 pick from the Jaguars in order to jump the Jets and draft QB Bryce Petty.
The Jets worked out a deal instead, giving up the No. 229 overall pick to move up one spot. Petty needs time to develop, but the has the size and arm to be a high-level starter. The Browns search for a quarterback continues.

nah, i liked mike bennett a good chunk too. ramik is awesome, he had a bit of a down season this year in comparison to last season, but theres still a lot to like.
