I remember when Julius Peppers stated his desire to leave Carolina for a warm weather city before he bolted as a free agent for Chicago.
Likewise, AP's list of warm weather preferred destinations is probably translation for “I want to be traded to New England."
This trade actually makes more sense than people think now that I'm looking at the backs that are free agents this year.
Murray would be a full time starter of course
but,
Gore
Forsett
CJ2k
Ingram
Matthews
would all be solid backs to share the load with Sproles.
It makes sense cause they don't have to pay McCoy 10-12 mill. Seems reasonable given RBs with mileage these days.
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!
The 2074 MSL NL Gold Glove Recipient at Third Base.
Most of those guys can't stay on the field long enough to be anywhere close to McCoy's production.
Forsett's a 1 year wonder who's gonna make some very disappointed (29 already).
CJ is one of the most overrated running backs in football right now and I would rather have DMC back over him.
Has Matthews played in 4 straight games yet?
Gore's 32, still productive, but a LOT of wear and tear on the tires.
I think someone pays Ingram more than they should but he still makes 7-9 mil so do you really save much there?
HollywoodLeo: You and Kingdom always annoy me
"Oh, don't mind me, I'm rebuilding now" then you win at least 80 games

I don't think Forsett is a one year wonder.
Kubiak had a great system ready for Forsett as he's had with many others but I watched Forsett do a lot of great things on his own. He was always patient and wise with what hole to hit, something that I can't say the same for Pierce this past year which was surprising. His career ypc is 5.1. You can't truly say that he's ever been bad or mediocre.
