Warner's not a HOF to me. He had 3 great years, and a few more above average. Not nearly enough depth in his work.

He's got a good story, people like that underdog story of an unheralded bag boy who came out and led one of the most prolific offenses ever. He's a Terrell Davis to me, he did a lot in his short time and is a champion. He led two different teams to Superbowls, so you know that he makes a difference for a team, so he fits the IT factor as well.
Terrell Davis was such a stud. So unfortunate his career was cut short.

but does that make him a HOF? I don't think TD is either. The non statistical considerations do not matter to me.

I think non-statistical considerations are just as important then just stats, you can use multiple Superbowl appearances a stat to qualify if you want and then compare it to offensive output of other QBs who did the same feat.
You don't think 32,000 yards 200 td career 93.7 qb rating isn't good enough?
Jim Kelly had 35,000 yards and 237 TDs in 10 seasons. Similar numbers but Warner won a superbowl.
