Shannarat is a snake in the grass, who hasn't seen much success since Elway/Davis. Just look at the crap he did do in Washington. There is a reason why I compared him to Art Shell because that is what I would expect. At least with Marty he understands what the Raider tradition use to mean and would be an ultimate Yin/Yang coming together.
