kerley is in a misplaced role as a number 1, when hes a number 3/slot guy... but hes solid enough, hes got good hands. decker hasnt won me over at all this year, he had one play... against green bay, down the sideline... that i expected to see from him, otherwise its just been a lot of nothing.
but yea, theyre both upgrades over anything in oakland. james jones is a different type of receiver than kerley, but theyre similar enough in ranking.
