Actually I completely forgot about Saunders still being on the Raiders coaching staff (albeit a special assistant). I wouldn't be opposed to giving him a shot if he's willing to give it a try. But of that staff who is there that really screams head coach? I don't see one.

You're not going to bring in a guy midseason. You have to take someone from this current staff. If he's coach next year I have a problem but you are looking for someone to finish the year. All options are turrible, I'll take the one that is less turrible for 12 games and hope for the best.
