Al's gone. There is still hope, I think we got some real qualtiy in the last draft. Granted our first hasn't worked out (healthy) but we got some decent production out of a number of guys.

6th round pick Mychael Rivera TE made 38 catches as a rookie.
6th round pick Nick Casa TE is more of a blocker than a pass catcher.
3rd round pick Sio Moore LB started 11 and played in 15 games as a rookie. I really liked him and Roach there together.
2nd round pick Menelik Watson is a work in progress.

We got some quality guys, now we still need to fill other needs outside of the draft. We ripped the bandaids left by Al's incompetant drive for old washed up guys (Seymour, Palmer, etc) and ate a TON of dead money. Now we sit with 60+ mil in cap space. If it can be done I'd LOVE to see Mack brought in from Cleveland and move Wisnewski to Guard (his arguably best position). Trade down in the draft for more picks, but if you cant and Watkins, Robinson, Clowney, or Matthews ends up being the pick its fine by me.

I think we have decent role players, but I'm not optimistic on Watson. CBs take a while to mature, but I hate building around them anyway.

I doubt Reggie goes for the top end names like Mack, but we'll see. If Bridgewater isn't at 5, I try to trade down - a few times. I think he's special, but no one else is. I don't see the top end all around output from Clowney. Not enough dedication. Robinson I'm iffy on at LT. He's too raw, and you need your LT to pass block. A RT that high just wouldn't be that valuable.

i think clinton-dix and dennard are... with me having to watch two more games on gilbert, hes right there too i think. but 5 seems high for all of them. and we know clowney has special athletic traits, just with a lackluster work ethic...
