    Woo hoo! Now everyone can shut-up about the Patriots going undefeated. And how does a Super Bowl team end up with the easiest schedule the following year? Obviously, you've got the 6 games in the division, but the other games should be against better teams. That's ridiculous.

    The scheudle isn't influenced by the previous year's success or failure as much anymore now that it's a lot more formulatic.

    Every team plays the same two divisions as everyone else in their division. The only differences in schedules are the two extra games against the other two same-conference divisions. That's based off where they finished in the standings.

    They should change that. They play so few games in football. The winning teams from the previous season should have tougher schedules IMHO.
