• Bucs sign WR Vincent Jackson
• Dolphins trade WR Brandon Marshall to the Bears for two 3rd round picks
• Rams sign CB Cortland Finnegan
• 49ers sign WR Randy Moss
• Bears sign QB Jason Campbell
• Lions extend WR Calvin Johnson to an 8 year contract for close to $130M
• Cowboys sign CB Brandon Carr, and QB Kyle Orton

Probably missed a few signings/extensions
