    Rockies Nothing beats a day at the ballpark!

    Especially when that park is Coors Field in Denver. I love that place. Here are some reasons why:




    Took this one for my kid, who thought it was cool "the street was named after him".


    This is my favorite picture. Snow capped peaks, 75 degrees at the time (high was 84 Saturday), beautiful sunset, baseball, Rockies winning. What more can a guy ask for?


    Then, in typical Colorado fashion, it was 30 degrees and snowing on Sunday.

    Great pics! The game I went to on Saturday in Cincinnati ended up about 40 degrees, probably a bit colder with the air coming off the river. But I have to imagine that the folks in Colorado are either a little more prepared or able to handle the colder weather games.

    You would think, but they seemed to call it pretty early. I'm just glad our tickets were for 19 hours earlier.
