Reason 3.3 trillion I dislike ESPN

Yeah yeah yeah, I know.. it's nothing new but.

How is it that Baseball Tonight cannot show the ending to the Rockies-Cards game, in which Seth Smith hit a walk off 3 run shot. 9 run rally in the 9th! All I get is Carlos Gonzalez scoring from 1st on a single (that was awesome) and Miguel Olivo hitting a single.... and that's it! They had time! They killed like 60 seconds to babble about three walk off homeruns on the night, one of which they couldn't initially remember.

What follows BBTN? NFL Live. I switch to ESPN NEWS hoping they show the highlights, but no, first thing they go into of course is more Lebron news.

What the ****. How dare you deprive me of Ryan Franklin epic failure!

And of course, as soon as I post this, and the foreign guy who mumbles on the soccer coverage is done, they show the homerun on ESPN NEWS.

My favorite part of this whole rally was Jason Giambi with the hit that led to the game tying run. Also, the fact that St. Louis's outfield was basically playing behind the wall.

Are the Rockies ready to go on a tear? 3 game winning streak and 7-3 over the last 10, and this has been a team that rides momentum... then again, Tulo is out.

I've given up on watching ESPN. I can't remember the last time I watched Sportscenter. If you don't live on the East Coast, Chicago, Dallas or maybe the West Coast, you can forget about seeing your team on there.

Exciting week we've had in Colorado. 15th inning win against SF, 9 run 9th on Tues., Walkoff HR on Wed., Ubaldo getting back into form and sweeping the Cards on Thurs., and a Grand Slam in the 7th last night to win the game against the NL West leaders.

Hopefully it is the start of the team living up to pre-season expectations.
