Pods hasn't been good since 2005 when he came up huge in the postseason for the World Champion ChiSox. Pods can still steal bases and play the OF but he is no longer a starter. He should find a team that is lacking speed. A return to the Brewers could happen but a team like the A's could use him as well.Rockies GM Dan O'Dowd revealed Wednesday morning that Scott Podsednik will be released.
"He’s a good man, a professional. This is tough,’’ O’Dowd said. Podsednik still wants to play in the big leagues and could sign on with another team. The Brewers have reportedly already expressed interest.
