I know a few of these teams have been rumored to have fallen out of the running, but you never know with situations like this.
Of course if you are a fan of a team like I am, you can only dream about signing a talent like Chapman. Oh well.

If the marlins signed him, wouldn't he be their highest paid player?
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!
The 2074 MSL NL Gold Glove Recipient at Third Base.
I think the fun answer is the Nats, and one day the idea of Strasburg + Chapman.. if either end up being all that.

Seattle,
Hey a person can dream.
2003 Hybrid World Champion (115-47 reg season, 11-4 playoffs)
TBL: Anaheim Angels 2006-present (238-244 regular season, 1 division title)
MSL: St Louis Cardinals 2013-present (2734-2936 regular season, 5 division titles, 2 championships)
TSSL: Seattle Mariners 2006-2029, Pittsburgh Pirates 2030-present (209-277, 5 division titles w/SEA, 1 championship w/SEA)
I like how you left on teams rumored to be out, but not the A's who are still rumored to be in
I don't think the A's get him, but you never know...Angels are my pick.
Wasn't any slight against the A's. I am only half following this as I know the Reds signing him is as probable as my date next week with Scarlett Johansson.

Well, the A's did send 3 people including assistant GM Forst to watch him workout. I haven't even seen the Reds mentioned.
Johansson gets around so anything is possible.
He comes to the Jays, ends up living in Canada, and travels to and from Cuba all the time.
The Reds were mentioned a few times and they sent people to the workout as well.
I won't vote for them though. I went with the Stros. I think this won't be a huge bidding war this time around because he is basically an overpaid high draft pick. I think a smaller market can go after him in the since that they may not be afraid to bolster their future and hold off on worrying about the present. Plus, theAstros have always chalked up dollars for pitching. Nolan Ryan, Randy Johnson, Roger Clemens, and Andy Pettitte all come to mind of late.
I don't doubt that the Reds watched him. I'm just saying I never saw them mentioned.
Twitter / Jon Heyman: #bluejays have decent shot ...
Question, Jon Heyman worth listening too?#bluejays have decent shot at arolidis chapman after bidding $20 mil. #nats, #marlins, #a's, #redsox, #angels also may be players
I like Heyman, but I only started paying attention to him since the MLB Network started. So far, he seems credible. But I can't say for sure yet.
And right on cue:
Twitter / Ken Rosenthal: Source: #Reds, others on C ...
Source: #Reds, others on Chapman, but #Jays favorite.
They might as well list every team hahaha.
I would be very intrigued if the Nats got him though. As someone already mentioned, Strasburg and Chapman would be the best 1-2 punch in the minors that I have ever seen.
My mentioning of the Reds had nothing to do with them actually sending a scout, it was completely a sarcastic dig, admitting my own ignorance as it is hard to get excited about free agents and follow the talks deeply unless your team is on it, which I still don't consider the Reds to be. I fully believe the A's are more serious than other teams on the list I put together for the poll.
As for the Reds' interest, prove me wrong Jocketty.
