Little League World Series

Anyone see the end of the Georgia vs. Washington game? Georgia used some monster of a kid to close out, he was hitting 77 on the gun. He was massive but looked like a kid in the face at least (i.e. no suspicious 5 o'clock shadow heheh). That's the equivalent of 100mph in pro baseball, or better.

Funny thing about it, he was horrible despite closing it out. He was Rick Vaughn pre-glasses wild, having back to back wild pitches to put the tying run on third before getting Washington's hitter to swing at a bad pitch inside. He'd be more unhittable than the 16 year old Danny Almonte guy was, if he had any command (Orel Herschiser said he'd be easy to fix though).

Yeah, that kid was huge. 5'11", 225 lbs...sheesh.

I wonder if he's the star of his pop warner team too.
