Who are the homers doing the announcing on FSN?

I'm sorry, but these guys (whoever the hell they are) are complete morons. All during last night's game they kept *****ing that the umpire was calling low pitches by Saarloos strikes. Their excuse was "look where Kendall catches the ball. It's too low" Idiots, it's where the ball crosses the plate, not where it ends up.

They're paid to know the game of baseball and if you don't know that balls and strikes are called where they cross the plate and not where they end up, then you need to learn more about the game of baseball as that is a fundamental part of the game.

Not knowing everyone on the roster is not as important; it was just annoying because they said it in at least 2 of the games.

The Indians announcers apparently still carry a soft spot for Rincon and can't get over the fact that Beane sent just Marsh McDougall for Rincon.

I had no choice but watch/listen because MLB.tv uses the home team's TV. The A's were playing @ the Indians. I was just busting balls, but look at it this way...would you want a doctor working on you if they didn't know everything about the human body? Or a mechanic working on your car if he never had experience with that make or model?

Likewise, I prefer announcers who at least know the game of baseball including that strikes are called where they cross the plate...not where they end up. Hell, if you're going to call strikes where they end up, why not before they cross the plate?
