Indians playoff run?
The Indains rotation has been clutch down the stretch and we have one of the best matchup bullpens in the league.
So who do you think will win the WC/
the Indians
the Yanks
the As
I'm going Homtown all the way baby Cleveland.
Our rotation has been excellent
Westbrook: 11-13 4.77 ERA
Elarton:7-6 4.41 ERA 3
C.C.: 10-9 4.77 4-0 in his last4 starts and has dropped his ERA from 5.27 to 4.77
Millwood: 7-10 3.23 ERA
and last but not least
Cliff Lee
13-4 3.91 ERA He hasnt lost since July 8th
and Wicky 32 of 37 save opps.
And thats just pitching.
SS Jhonny Peralta is about to break the record for most HRs in a season an Indians SS he needs 3 more and he also leads the team in HRs.
20HRs 63RBIs and a .305 avg.
DH Travis Hafner he is our team leader in RBIs and avg. and im almost certain he would be our HR leader if not for a baseball to the face. He is our toughest out.
19HRs 76 RBIs .314 avg. .986OPS and a .416 OBP
CF Grady Sizemore leads all AL CFs with 15HRs and he has been an excellent lead off guy.
15 HR 66 RBI .292 avg.
C Victor Martinez has been great this season he was in a slump at the beginning of the season but he has busted out of it to lead all C with 60 RBI.
16 HR 60 RBI .278 avg.
I think we are ready to win the WC and do well in the playoffs.

The Indians are now only 7 games behind the White Sox, so they could even make that a closer race if they stay hot.

In a must win game today, they're losing 2 - 0 already. I don't think I'd want Scott Elarton going in a must win game for me...if they lose, they're done. If they win, they need the Red Sox to lose to force 1 game playoff at Fenway tomorrow.
