According to MLB.com, the Indians have traded Bob Wickman to the Braves for minor league catcher Maximiliano Ramirez.

Wickman was having a hot July pitching 4 scoreless innings and notching 4 saves on 4 opportunities, although he was just 1-4 with 15 saves and 4.18 ERA in 29 appearances for the Indians.

The 21 year old Ramirez was hitting .285 with 9 homeruns and 37 RBI in Single A this year.
