It sucks that the game wasn't televised live. The are showing the game late tonight on ESPN at 3 am. Lets hope he carry's this into the season and has a better April then last year.

ESPN radio was giving reports and from what I heard I am not putting too much into this Griffey performance. Apparently most of South Africas' team is made up of high schoolers. So, this was more like a BP session to me. Let's be realistic and not hype Jr too much. We have seen him the last several years and we should know what his basic numbers will be like provided he stays healthy

South Africa is a joke, but it's nice to see Junior own them anyways. It doesn't really prove anything, but it's still cool.
