Season likely over for Casey
Reds cautious after 1B's concussion

It seems Sean Casey is done for the season.
Casey, who suffered a Grade 2 concussion in a collision at first base last Friday in Pittsburgh, will be re-evaluated Friday.
The Reds are reserving judgment until then, but Reds manager Jerry Narron seems reluctant to play Casey.
"With nine days left in the season, you sure wouldn't want to take a chance where he gets hit in the head," Narron said. "With any head injury, you want to play it safe."
A further reason for caution is this is Casey's third concussion. He suffered one in 1998 when he was hit below the eye with a thrown ball during batting practice, and he had another in 2001 when he was hit in the head with a pitch.
Casey said his headache was gone Tuesday.
"I'm starting to feel normal again," he said. "It was like I was in a haze."
Casey was cleared for light activity and was planning to do some cardiovascular work and some light weightlifting.
