No truth in Dunn to Padres rumor

San Diego Padres' GM Kevin Towers told a writer from the San Diego Union-Tribune that the rumor of Adam Dunn going to the team for pitchers Clay Hensley and Justin Hampson "wasn't worth chasing."
Reds' general manager Wayne Krivsky stuck to his policy of not commenting on trade rumors.

ah, well thanks for being honest. I havent seen what Homer Bailey looks like yet. I would have believed you if you didn't come clean there. Anyways, way to stick by your team through thick and thin. I know how agonizing this year has been for you and the other Reds fans. After all, I have been a Brewers fan longer than most of the members in this forum have been alive! Hang in there! Stay true to your team!

ESPN just showed a clip of Jr. in Seattle and I didn't how young he still looks.
He still seems like an alright guy. He has certainly had his ups and downs with the Reds. He definitely deserves better.

Ross has two as well. Hamilton also has one. Not sure who else. But I know Griffey is 1 for 4 with a basehit. Would be nice to see him homer.
Krivsky is definitely looking at these M's arms as additions to the Reds in a trade. Guaranteed.
