Yea, I hate it when we play good defense and hold a team to 24 points in a half. Once again, the gripe has more to do with the style of play. It is a half court game with Tubby more often than not, whereas Rick was up-and-down the court with athletes. There is no doubt that Pitinos' style was more fun to watch. But Tubby is still winning nearly 27 games a year, with lesser talent.....so, where is the beef

Well, it looks like the old Bengals defense has returned.

    What a shock.

Bresnahan's "prevent-like" defense is back in full force.

Bratkowski's play calling on offense has also been too conservative.

I thought the team had learned they are much better when they aren't conservative, but it looks like we're going to go back to being conservative again.

A loss here would make the playoff chances drop a lot with the tough game @ Denver on Sunday looming.

The Colts could very well blow it wide open when they get the ball first to start the second half. 24-10 could quickly be the score and our conservative offense and defense probably wouldn't have a chance at that point.

We need the big Palmer/Chad Johnson connection to happen a couple of times tonight.

I like that they are running the ball because the Colts D against the run is atrocious. But when they are down, they have to try and make the big plays. And the Bengal defense is going to struggle all game no matter what. Its just what Peyton Manning does. I have been watching the linebackers on the Bengals though and they have been allowing that dump over the middle to Adai and receivers all night. They just stand 10 yards away and never try to disrupt the pass. They leave him wide open then tackle him after he has the first down. Let the safeties/CB take the deep pass and at least stick the MLB on the short middle pass. Please!

    Thank you.

At least someone can see the "prevent" defense that Bresnahan and Lewis choose to play.

We had gone away from it for a while but for some reason it's back now.

The strategy in this game has been poor on both offense and defense for the Bengals.

Our offense is even getting stopped running the ball now.

This offense is the only one that can't score against this defense.

Wow this team is the opposite of clutch.

Why do we have to deal with these pathetic franchises?

It's hard to see them winning @ Denver either.

Are Palmer and Chad the most non-clutch players in the NFL?

Those two look truly horrible yet again in another big game.

PLEASE let the nightmare that is this franchise go away.

They are the most lame franchise ever.

Yep that nightmare that Raiders fans lived through for a few seasons....

Defense: Usually good against the run but even with "good" CBs (Young Charles Woodson and Torry James) sometimes very bad against the pass.

"Oh, don't mind me, I'm rebuilding now" then you win at least 80 games

    We're getting closer to (8-8).

    They better win this one.

Palmer seems to choke in key situations all of the time.

    He looks miserable.

Please get rid of this franchise. Please.

Why do other coaches always adjust at halftime better than this team?

This head coach is so incredibly overrated it's not even funny.

    I can't take this anymore.

    Rudi joins the choke parade.

The Broncos should seal it here.
