Weathers wants $4.6 million and the Reds have offered $3 million.
Encarnacion wants $3.7 million and the Reds have offered $2.55 million.

I think EE wins easily if it goes to arbitration (which it probably will)....don't think Weathers stand much of a chance.

Weathers made 3.3 mil last year so the Reds are asking Weathers to take a pay cut. I can pretty much guarentee you short of Weathers meeting them in the middle Weathers will win. Theres no way with the year he had that the arbitor is going to rule a pay cut.

Edwin I think will meet the Reds in the middle (around 3 to 3.2 mil).
