Bailey is getting the call again

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, Homer Bailey will be called up from Triple-A start Sunday against the Brewers in place of Aaron Harang (forearm).
"They say he's throwing the ball good right now," manager Dusty Baker said. "His velocity is better. His command is better. I hope so. We're pulling for him." Maybe so, but Bailey allowed four runs in his last start at Triple-A and has a 5.18 ERA in four starts since being sent back down last month.

It was between Bailey and Thompson and even though Thompson has faired well in his time back in Louisville and Bailey has not, Bailey gets the shot. I guess we will see if in fact his velocity is better.

They may have sent him down to try and fix some things. I doubt they are worried about the ERA.
