Very good article that talks about the shift in international signings, Inoa, and at the end it mentions that the Reds may already have a deal with Yorman Rodriguez even though he can't sign until August when he turns 16. Apparently, the Yankees are still pushing for him. Let's see if the Reds learned anything from losing out on Inoa; see if they go for that personal touch and don't offer something the kid doesn't want.

Lets hope so man. It still would be great to get two of the best bats out of all the international kids. Sounds pretty hopeful.
