5 BBs in one inning! WOW! Way to show patience Reds. I wonder if we can credit Mack for this?

Bonds officially intentionally walked this time, even though he basically was last time even though he wasn't.

Bonds should simply stand there without a batting stance when he has a RISP with 1B open. He shouldn't even put his bat on his shoulder.

I don't know. They might trick him if he just stands there and throw it over the plate.

We have a Walk-a-thon going on. Benefits: those wishing to spend more time watching the Reds tonight.

Interesting...bullpen is up for the Reds. Harang sits at about 90 pitches.

I like Bonds, steroid's or not he's the most dangerous hitter in the game.

Mackanin out to argue the safe call at 1B! 3-2 Giants with 2 outs here in the 5th. Not a big argument, but one nonetheless. Molina was going to be SURE to hit that pitch. He got lucky that wasn't a DP. Ross was setting up high and he saw it.

Bases loaded 1 out and Molina grounds to a force out to 2B. Very close for the DP. The run scores.

2 outs and Mack is out to argue...

    3-2 Giants, Mid. 5th.

Harang might be finished. Let's see.

And let's see who PH if he is done.

This is all new to me. I hate to say I like Mackanin and give a wrong impression that I would like to have him stay around. But his getting the bullpen ready and arguing a close call so soon is very nice to see. I am just not used to seeing someone give a hoot.

Was it Coffey warming up? That isn't smart.
