hey missionhockey how does the ERA system work

We're not a big believer in post counts being associated with posts as there have been too many posters in the grand history of the internet to post a lot, but not to have much behind those posts. So this is essentially a calculation depending on your reputation that you've received to the posts that you have made, along with a few other variables. The more you post, without receiving rep for those posts, the more your ERA will rise and vice versa. You move up from A to AA to AAA to the MLB and early on, your ERA can jump a lot more than later on. It's not perfect and it's not used to determine anything, just something a bit more fun that I created then just using post count.
