5/25 Pirates vs Reds: Let's Hope This Ship Isn't Boarded

I was just down at the Newport Levee by the river and was hoping to hear some fireworks before I left the area but didn't, so I knew we didn't hit a HR. We hit them in the car on the way home.

I could see the 2-0 Pirates lead form the bridge though (on the scoreboard).

I think we all have to agree to disagree with Harang's performance tonight. CRF hit it on the head, it is hard to judge.

Porkopolis said it nicely as well as we are seeing Harang battle without his best stuff. Perhaps that is the best way to judge it and I say that is a very good thing.

Take him out in the 7th and the line wouldn't of looked bad at all, that's all I am saying. I do agree with Porkopolis however.

I don't think Jerry would of pitched him if there was any type of an injury. Doc hollywood is pretty conservative as well.

You wouldn't think so; but this is Jerry we're talking about.

Plus pitchers have tried to pitch through "discomfort" in the past and the managers have either not known or not cared.

Maybe "injury" isn't the term we're looking for.
