The last time the Reds started out 4-1 at home was 1990, the WS year.
... Chris Hammond was on the roster. He had 6.35 ERA in 11~ innings.
Clearly, it's time for another world Series.

There ya go. Of course the '90 team also started (9-0) overall and (23-7).

Bart: Thanks, Dad. But part of this D-minus belongs to God.
That would force Geki Ace to actually crack a partial smile. Holy
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.

Nah, he would say that the players were bums for not winning the NL Championship series in a sweep. They would take too long.

I think I would've spent more time whining about Lou than the players.
Except Chris Hammond, I would've whined about that bum back then as well.
Geki Ace = full of hate
Definitely my kind of guy. This deserves rep!
I agree. He sucked then and he sucks now.Originally Posted by Geki Ace
I actually think Hammond has some pretty decent career numbers. He was good during the following seasons:
1991
1992
1994
1995
2002
2003
2004
2005 (part of the year)
Maybe this is the end for him right now, but he has had a pretty good career at times.

But not at times with the Reds. Therefore, he is a massive bum.
