    White Sox Konerko HRs in 5 straight!!

    Paul Konerko has hit a HR in five straight games and now has homered in 11 of his last 20 games! The man is absolutely on fire here! He is the first White Sox player to homer in five straight since Carlos Lee in 2003. The record is eight straight games held by Dale Long, Ken Griffey Jr. and Don Mattingly. Konerko now has 21 HRs on the year and is in the early discussion for AL MVP.
