It is hilarious to see Twins fans referring to the White Sox as "White Sux". Wow, how original of them.

The truth is, they are jealous of the White Sox. The Twins are not as good and Twins fans know it. Look at the standings, they're 4 games behind for crying out loud!

And Twins fans know that they can't catch up, their pitching staff aside from Santana just isn't that good. The White Sox on the other hand are loaded with Buehrle, Garland, Garcia and El Duque all being sensational.

The White Sox are going to win the AL Central this year RUNNING AWAY and the Twins will be left in the dust. Fear the White Sox in 2005.

why would they be jealous? the white sox arent going to be running away with anything. there are way too many flaws with them that the other teams will remain apace.

There is one flaw with our team, is that is our constistency (sp?) on offense. When we get Frank Thomas back though, our offense will be more potent than any team in our division. With our lack there of offense, we still have scored more runs than anyone in our division. And we are last in the league with and 300 on base%. This team will win the Al Central, Twins dont have enough fire power on offense.

well although theres nothing worse than cubs fans' but besides that .....the white sox may win the central but definatly not running away...theyve still got the indians and tigers who may be struggling now but will get up to speed.....i think it will end up being very close.

We arent even playing KC?? White Sox have won 2 straight since our slide. Garland pitched another hell of a game. A 4 hit shut out, and Garland no leads the MLB in wins, he is 5-0. This guy is having an awesome year so far.

Twins are no way jealous of the White Sox. Twins aren't going anywhere. They are 2.5 back on May 1st. People saying the White Sox suck is ridiculous but so is saying the Twins are jealous.

You aren't serious are you that what has come before this season is predicative in any way of what is to come? The White Sox have played 15% of their schedule or 25 games of which 36% (9 games) have been against teams playing incredibly bad baseball, KC and my beloved Tribe and yet another team, the Tigers who have no pitching 5 times.

The the Sox have an 18-7 record .720 against the combined record of all the teams that they have played of roughly .460 winning percent (67-79). Adjusting from the totals for games the Sox were involved in leads to a .405
winning percent (49-72). In others words, other teams were beating up on KC, Cleveland, Minnesota. Oakland, Detroit and Seattle far more effectively then the White Sox have.

The Sox might indeed win the Division -- even by a runaway -- but nothing has come to pass this early in the season that makes this a meaningful projection.

Why would I take seriously anything that a White Sox or Twins fan would say? Only Yankee fans are more unreliable.
