Cubs sign Brandon Morrow to a 2-year deal
Two year deal with an option for a third year. Jon Heyman says 10M or 11M per year.
Cubs figured they had to spend some dough on a late inning reliever, if it wasn't going to be Morrow, it was going to be Wade Davis.
And since Friedman treats relievers like penny stocks, the Dodgers were never going to reward Morrow with a multi-year deal.

Looks like Morrow is done for the season. The Dodgers running him out for all 7 World Series games caught up to him.
