I get the Colvin/Stewart part of it, but dont see why we included DJ and Weathers.
Hopefully Weathers will regain his control and pitch like he did before TJS.

Is Lamaheiu a top prosect?
Or, you know, prospect.
Not a top prospect, but still a prospect. He's got great contact skills, but won't ever have much power. Streaky with the OBP.
I'm not necessarily upset about him being traded. I just think we could have used him as a piece in a trade that is better than this.

I'll be interested to see if either Stewart or Colvin can be an impact player that they once were. It wasn't even that long ago Colvin had a good rookie season splitting with Fukudome and etc etc.
I can see both regaining some form. Coors should do Colvin wonders.

It's not a bad deal as long as the Cubs get a decent insurance policy at 3B.
