What makes Cot's Contracts, an unofficial site which gathers its information from other published sources, more reputable than Ken Rosenthal who is a senior writer at FoxSports and has actual sources?

This isn't a matter of opinion. Kerry either has a NTC or he does not. If my choices are to believe what Ken Rosenthal, a senior sports writer who has an official vote in the Hall of Fame, says is the case or what some random Cubs fan on an internet message board believes while citing an unofficial fan-ran website I'm going to lean towards the guy with legitimate sources.
Not really. The AP is a legitimate source. Some fan-made website which outright says the information on it is unofficial because it's gathered by taking information from other published sources hardly compares to the AP.
And don't confuse Fox Sports with Fox News just because they're ran by the same company. There's no political slant in the sports side.

Your beating a dead horse here. How many fucking times do I have to say this. He probably does have one, but one hasn't ever been announced by the player or the general manager. I'm not going to say it's fact because a senior sports writer told me so.
Still beating the dead horse. That was just an example of how you guys are treating this. I choose to wait until I hear it from the actual people involved. And you're trying to force me to think I'm wrong because I'm not going to call something a fact because a senior sports writer said it.Not really. The AP is a legitimate source. i'm not telling you you're wrong. The only thing I'm saying is that LTR's source is much more credible than yours.
You're right, and I'm sorry for jumping at you for it.
It's fine that his source are more credible than mine. But I'm going to choose the sources that I have followed for years. If that's wrong to LTR, that's fine. I told him that. I tried to end this nonsense debate.

Zambrano called out Marmol for his pitch selection and called the team embarrassing and that it was like AAA.
I love it. About time somebody spoke up. This team fucking blows.

The Z-Man apologizes to Marmol today saying his tirade was not all about him.
ARam says he's not willing to waive his no-trade clause. There's another Cub off the trade list. I don't see why he wouldn't waive it if a contender wanted him. The Indians could use a third baseman.
Teams probably wouldn't have been too interested anyway. His 16M club option becomes a player option if traded. I'm pretty sure Z came out and said he wouldn't accept a trade either.
But then again, I'm pretty sure Derrek Lee was saying the same thing last June.

According to Cot's Wood does have a no-trade., if that's the "reliable" source one is looking to for verification.
All the bickering aside a no-trade doesn't mean a player absolutely won't or can't be traded it just means he has to approve any possible trade.
