    Red Sox Alex Cora fired

    From the Padres fan forum:
    Considering how quickly the two were fired after the announcement it feels like MLB had a handshake agreement with the owner. "We'll go light on you, but you've gotta ax these two clowns and incur all the liability onto yourself."
    I have to agree. As if anybody who follows baseball wouldn't trade $5 million, 4 high draft picks, your GM, and your manager for a World Series championship.

    That said, Hinch and Cora both being fired, while Loser Dave Roberts is still employed was unthinkable 28 hours ago.
