    I know, Bill Mueller will break the bank. I really wonder why they don't just use Youk at first or use him as a CIF backup to Olerud/Mueller, at least until Mueller's knees completely give out.

    Recently, the Sox lost to a Paul Byrd gem and yesterday, Wells and the defense blew chunks and allowed the Yankees to win.

    If the Yankees sweep, that kills a LOT of the stuff the Sox worked for, they need to win at least one.

    Someone needs to tell Tim "I'm a douchbag and a homer" McCarver that it's Bronson Arroyo, not Brandon...he's done this on more than one occasion...I bet he either has a son named Brandon or a boyfriend...I'm voting on the latter.

    Bosox: It was just a really messy play, I think it was a hit to Damon who bobbled the ball when he tried to pick it up, Renteria cut the throw off, then tried to throw home and threw the ball into the ground.

    McCarver's called him Brandon so many times that it's ridiculous. Just like the history teacher in my school that calls Brendan, Brandon.

    They won today due to some bad Yankee pitching and defense, and Schilling had a good start (O_O).
